Feasibility analysis of paddy-fish (Minapadi) system business in Toraja, South Sulawesi

Paddy-fish (Minapadi) is a fish and rice maintenance system at particular time in the same place. Generally, activities are done fields. The field constructs slightly different from patterns of excavations some parts for puddles. This study aims to analyze feasibility business four aspects: NPV, Net B/C, IRR, PBP. Research has been conducted Makale, Toraja, South Sulawesi Province. research method used was quantitative approach by using survey. open questionnaires. data were collected purposive sampling technique. It involved 30 respondents farmers who do activities. analysis financial covering; estimated values IRR (Internal Rate Return) PBP (Payback Period). shows that very feasible strive. indicators show decent indication effort. NPV value 13,139,008 where implies >0, net B/C 2.52 >1.0, 20.47% >MARR (18%), payback period 1,917,108 second year business.
